Birth Doula Services
Phone and in person consultation. One phone meeting followed by an in person meeting.
2 prenatal visits (1 virtual and 1 in person)
Help with creating birth wishes/plan and postpartum plan
Support and pain management coaching for your partner/support person
Reading material recommendation.
In person birth support during labor in your home, hospital (depending on where you deliver and COVID19 policies) or birth center
Up to two hours postpartum support immediately after birth
Help with golden hour and babies 1st latch
1 postpartum visit in your home or virtually. If you choose to have me as your postpartum doula as well, we can include this with no cost.
Unlimited email, text and phone support during business hours and in emergency situations before during or after.
Unlimited email, text and phone support starting at 37 weeks. I will be ready!
Referrals around birth related needs ( lactation consultants, postpartum doulas, acupuncturist...)
$1800, you can also pay it forward to donate to a family I would provide a no cost service to. This allows me to see more families as birth work should be accessible for all.
Postpartum Services
MY SERVICES INCLUDE:
Help with emotional nurturing support, I listen to you with no judgment.
Resources and referrals.
Mother and baby bonding.
Breastfeeding if applies.
Skin to skin.
Nutritious food options and some meal prep.
Baby laundry.
Some help with childcare. We can discuss boundaries regarding childcare.
Encourage some self-care aka alone bath time, reading or just sitting in silence.
I also offer some night time support, a little extra sleep goes a long way!
Fee
$50 per hour for day time
$55 per hour for night time
Minimum 4 hours for daytime with maximum 6 hours. For night time, this is flexible. Depending on my schedule we can see how many days a week work for us.
